Can all items be returned?
Safety equipment is not eligible for returns. Sales of climbing shoes are final with exceptions for warranty/manufacturer defect. Apparel and other sale items may be eligible for a return/refund; just ask the staff.

Can I special order items that you don't carry in stock?
We will special order items year round! Special orders don’t qualify for the Christmas in July sale, but we will do our best to order the gear you need.

I'm not comfortable coming into the gym to shop. Do you offer curbside pickup or shipping?
We are happy to offer curbside pickup at all locations. Please email shop@philarockgym.com to set up a pickup time.
