Can these packages be returned?

Quick Climbs and Kids Passes are purchased at the time of service. If any portion of the package is used, the sale is final and not eligible for a refund.
How long does it take?

Kids Pass: 90 minutes of climbing.

Quick Climbs: Length of time you’ll be in the gym varies greatly based on the number of climbs purchased, and the participant themselves (some people climb faster than others). We recommend planning an hour long visit. If you run out of time, you can take any unused climbs with you! We will mark how many you have left on a card, and you can redeem them at a later visit. Quick Climbs never expire.
What kind of shoes/clothing should kids wear?

Closed toe shoes are a must for safety purposes. Comfortable, athletic wear is great.
