All group packages require a deposit to guarantee your reservation. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance. The deposit is refundable up to two weeks before the booked date, and transferable up to one week before the booked date, after which time it can no longer be applied toward an alternate booking.
These parties are great for ages 5 to adult!
For kids under 5, it tends to be pretty hit or miss with whether they will go climbing. If you’d like to bring them in before you book, we’ll let the birthday kid have a free climb to ensure they’ll have a great time! Stop by any location on Saturdays or Sundays between 11am-4pm and we will have staff available to operate the ropes on a first come, first served basis.
Climbing parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes long at our Oaks, Malvern, East Falls, and Wyncote locations.

Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service for your party, regardless of gratuity. If you feel the staff went above and beyond, and you would like to add gratuity, we can add this to your credit card when you’re ready to pay. Just let our desk staff know during checkout.
We recommend non-restrictive, athletic clothing and sneakers.
PRG Climbing Parties at our Oaks, Malvern, East Falls, and Wyncote locations include pizza and drinks. In addition, extra food and drinks may be ordered as an add-on. Please call your host gym for the menu and further details.

At present, for reasons of liability and consistency, only PRG Staff may belay for Climbing Parties.
