Staffed Family Climbing: Families can climb together with guidance from our expert staff. Each child receives a goodie bag with stickers, candy, and a free return visit coupon!

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Can I use a PRG gift card to purchase tickets online?

Unfortunately, no. PRG gift cards are not compatible with our ticket sales software.

To use your gift card to purchase Banff tickets, please call us to purchase tickets over the phone at 877.822.7673. We are happy to process that transaction for you.

Will tickets be available at the door?

We will not be reserving any tickets for at-the-door sales. If tickets sell out in advance, there will be NO tickets available to purchase at the door. We will notify on this page if tickets sell out in advance.

Can I bring food or drink into the theater?

The Alumnae Hall Theater at Immaculata asks that you do not bring food or drink inside the theater. PRG will have concessions available before the show and during intermission in the lobby.
