Gear is too important to take chances, so we do not offer returns or exchanges on any safety items. Other items may be eligible for returns or exchanges, just ask the desk.
Can I special order items that you don't carry in stock?
Absolutely! The Gear Up sale only includes in-stock items, but we are always happy to place special orders. Please allow 24 hrs for confirmation of availability. To place a special order, speak with the desk staff or email email@example.com.
I'm not comfortable coming into the gym to shop. Do you offer curbside pickup or shipping?
Shopping the online store is always contactless! We are also happy to offer curbside pickup at all locations. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a pickup time.
