  • Are there any restrictions for the New Year, New Gear Sale?

    Discounts cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers/discounts. Excludes food and drink.

    Special Orders do not qualify for the discount.

  • Can shop items be returned?

    Some shop items may be eligible for returns; please ask desk staff for details. For safety reasons, most gear is not eligible for returns or exchanges barring manufacturer defect.

  • Can I get this deal at a PRG location?

    Yes! Just stop by the gyms or give us a call at 877-822-7673.

  • Can I special order items that you don't carry in stock?

    The New Year, New Gear sale only includes in-stock items, but we are always happy to place special orders. Please allow 24 hours for confirmation of availability. To place a special order, speak with the desk staff or email shop@philarockgym.com.
