What do I get as a ClimbFit Member?
Members have unlimited access to ClimbFit Classes
ClimbFit Members receive a 14-page ClimbFit Manual, filled with expert knowledge to get our members the most beneficial experience possible.
You’ll also be given a Progress Tracking Binder to help you and your coach refine workouts and maximize results.
Do I need to sign up for a class if I have a membership?
Class sizes are limited to 15 people. Sign-up online, at the front desk, or call us at 877.822.ROPE to ensure your spot in the class.
How long is the $29 Pilot membership good for?
The Pilot Program will run for 3 months. In October the special $29/month pilot program price will no longer be available, and new ClimbFit members will be charged the full price of $69/month.
As a special thanks to our Pilot Members, when the Pilot program ends. You will continue to receive a discounted membership of $49/month
What's in the Membership Contract
Unlimited access to all ClimbFit classes, capacity permitting. Hassle-free monthly membership payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Billing suspension – Freeze your membership for up to two consecutive months without paying a suspension fee. [Note: Suspensions are for full calendar months (thirty days) only. Must request freeze at least 15 days prior to bill date. Please consult Climbing School Director Chris Palmer (Cpalmer@philarockgym.com) or your home facility for more information.]
Monthly Rollover & Cancellation:
This membership will automatically continue on a monthly basis. Monthly Rollover may be cancelled at any time provided a written notice is delivered to Climbing School Director, Chris Palmer (email@example.com) prior to your bill date.
No excuse needed for cancellation.
Default and late payments:
Should you default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, the PRG will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable and you agree to pay allowable interest, and all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when any payment due under this agreement is more than ten days late. Should any monthly payment become more than ten days past due, you will be charged a late fee. An additional service fee will be assessed for any check, draft, credit card, or order returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. If the Member is payment monthly dues by electronic funds transfer (EFT), the PRG’s billing company, Conexion reserves the right to draft via EFT all amounts owned by the member including any and all late fees and service fees.
